Dinner with a "long time" & "not-a-long-time" good friends

Yup..who else if not mek Lini and mek Anis respectively (refer to the title). The first lady almost 9 years since we haven't met (met many times b4 fly, back in 1992 and the latest on 1998 at my wedding). The second lady, hummphhh.... stay not that far from each other yet so difficult to meet  So much story to tell that night but the time seemed so jeolous with us.
Forgot to bring camera but managed to capture with HP. Still searching for the cable to download from HP to PC. Will upload later once I have it, OK dudes.....
Next time, we meet again, yeah, but when?

Another attempt

Got a call from Astro a month ago, asking Ammar to participate in one famous current talent show program being advertised now. His name is already in Astro database as he ever participated in one of the Astro programs. He was even assigned the registration number to refer to if he wants to participate in this program that being asked for.
Asked Ammar whether he's interested with the offer, he excitedly said 'of course' (  knowing him). That participation needed to complete two questions which one of that has to compile an essay not more than 300 words. Feeling difficult, he canceled to participate. I didn't mind whatever his decision actually.
But, being so interested when seeing the ad over and over again on TV, he said to me 2 days before the due date to participate again.  But, he wanted me to "help" him with the essay. Ya la tolong, semua mak dia yang bagi idea. Dia tukang tulis ja  . But, ada la juga dia bg idea sket2  . That was night already. So mlm2, melawa pakai gel rambut, sport shoes semua, to capture the photo. The requirement is also to send two 4R size photos (1 photo full, 1 photo paras bahu), 1 photocopy of birth cert and 1 photocopy of report card. Mujur report card dah photostat sejak cikgu bg parents to review and sign ritu.
On Saturday, my collegue helped me to drop the envelope directly in the box as he lives nearby. Thanks to Rem.
Well, I really don't mind whether being chosen or not, my role is just to support his participation and eagerness.
Dah besar dah anak teruna mak sorang ni...

Jalan-jalan, makan-makan

The day was full with free makan-makan. Lunch at Setia Alam, Klang (husband's cousin), then dropped by at bro house at Klang for tea. On the way back, stopped at Mek's new house at USJ Taipan, phewwit, and "unintentionally" toink toink, hehe, had dinner there. Thanks to Shahmin, adik An, Mek and Mokhtar for the serve (especially gulai darat  )
I snapped the photo from my bro hse that is abt 50 meter to that children's park. Zoom it while unclearly heard my husband said something. Only understand what he told after entering the hse. He's, actually, excitedly told that the baby was laughing out loud  while on the "buaian". She must be thinking that she was flying, har har har. I was also excitedly on hearing that though......
Tried to mastering in photo editing skill (rating myself as still amateur in lowest level rate though huhu  ), this photo was dedicated to my husband and daughter.
And these are kids with cousin, cutey Balqis.

So...they came! Lin and Enon made my day busy  ..hehe...early in the morning dah start buat kuah laksa.
So, bila "tiga dara pingitan" berjumpa, tahu2 lah...gossip, chit itu, chat ini......Laa..sampai lupa nak ambil gambar ya..yg ambil gambar ini ja.....
Petang, Alin, hubby and kid menyusul. Elok la tu, laksa pun byk lagi, so same menu lah ye. Lupa lah juga nak snap photo ye Alin and juga baby Ain yg comel tu. Next time dtg lagi ye.

News from Home

Impressed with my friends writing, I would like to ask anybody who reads this to my friend's book launch party of "News from Home" on this coming 17th November at 5pm. Venue is at Silverfish new premise - 58-1 Jalan Telawi, Bangsar Baru (above pet shop next to DHL). This is her first published work.
I remember that she's the one during school times who always love to write poem and write a short or long story leasurely. I always amaze with her idea and her English to the wonderful I've "ever graded". To Rumai  , congratulations and best wishes all the way from home
